Important information about your stay in our country house
Of course, we are also personally available at any time to answer your questions!
Arrival & departure
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival; therefore we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure. We are happy to store your luggage until departure. Arrival is possible until 20.00 hrs. Please let us know briefly if you wish to arrive outside this time.
Allergy sufferer
If you like to have allergy sufferer’s bethclothes, please let us know.
Anti-slide mat
For your security every shower has an anti-slide mat.
Baby changer
In the ladies’ WC, in the soutarain, there is a changing unit for freshening up our youngest guests.
Beds
A large part of our beds is height adjustable in head part and foot part.
Breakfast
In our dining room we offer you a breakfast buffet from 8:00 am. If you have an appointment or want to sleep in, we can also arrange an individual breakfast time! We serve fresh coffee and a selection of teas from our tea station as breakfast drinks. If you would like a different drink (hot milk, cocoa, cappuccino etc.), please let us know.
Coffee
Thanks to the coffee machines available in our rooms, you can relax with an exclusive coffee experience in the privacy of your own room.
Choose from the rich and tasty coffee capsules.
Complaint
we wish that you feel “like at home”. Please, announce to us any defects or complaint and give us the opportunity to repair this as quickly as possible.
Children
Even the youngest are welcome here! We provide baby cots and baby bedding free of charge on request.
Children’s playground
In the immediate vicinity of our pension (behind the church) there is a public playground. Here is enough space to let off steam; but also to rest for the parents or grandparents.

You are welcome to take the drinks from our small restaurant to your room.

Guest Supplies
In the bathroom there is a guest supplies box with nail file, sewing kit, shower cap and vanity set.
Hiking map
We have maps to borrow, to help you find your way around – please ask us! pledge: 10 Euro
Key
At check-in you will receive your room key and a key for the main entrance door. The main entrance door is usually open until at least 8 pm. If the door is locked, we ask you to close it again.
Luggage
With pleasure we help for you with your luggage at your Arrival or departure. Please, let us know.
Parking spaces
We make available more than 12 parking bays to you.
Pillows
Would you like to have an additional pillow? Let us know.
Quiet
Our guests enjoy the peace and quiet in our country house. Therefore, please pay attention to the room volume when switching on the TV set. Please avoid all too loud talking in the corridors, balconies or on the terrace after 22:00 hrs. Thank you!
Room cleaning
Should you require intermediate cleaning or a change of towels, please let us know at breakfast.
Tea
A kettle including a selection of teas is available in your room.
Time out
Enjoy your time out in our small country house. If you have any wishes or suggestions, please contact us directly.
Towel change
Would you like a fresh towel or shower towel? Just let us know briefly.
Umbrella
You forgot your umbrella? With pleasure we lend you one!
Voucher
Do you want to surprise relatives or friends? How about a gift voucher? We will be happy to advise you and issue it according to your wishes.
Water
We have put a bottle of water in your room to welcome you. Enjoy the refreshment!
WLAN/WiFi
WLAN or WiFi enables you to access the internet wirelessly in our country house. Whether with your laptop, PDA or mobile phone – all Wlan/WiFi compatible devices find access at our WLAN hotspots. For us it is – especially in these days – part of the standard. That is why WLAN can be received free of charge in our entire hotel. Please note that the speed can vary and fluctuates with high network traffic.
Woolen blankets
In the wardrobe there are woollen blankets for the colder season or for a cuddly stay, in late evening hours, on the balcony. Please leave the blankets on your bed on departure so that we can see that they have been used.
